Here's a request by
for the stretchable sisters Tifa and Tessa.
I didn't know alot about their history and I asked for more details here-and-there because, well, it makes a difference to know who or what I'm illustrating. I take requests seriously and try my best to treat them carefully because everyone's creations mean alot to themselves and that deserves a dose of respect no matter who you are. Of course, sometimes I get a little too involved in the here-and-there while rendering the piece.
In any case, I learned they're both daring, caring and courageous girls following in their parents' legacy of superhero-dom. Their mother, Audrey, has the elastic abilities while their father Tony is a speedster. Needless to say, the thought of these powers combined into a couple of hyperactive adolescents brought up the image of two very cheerful rubber balls bouncing around at the speed of sound.
HBR also related that the girls trained in martial arts, Tifa learned Judo --a grappling type of combat-- and Tessa learned Muay Thai --a kickboxing style. Their stretching skills would be aptly enhanced by this kind of training, and in more ways than just their costume colors, these girls would complement each other very well when fighting crime.
So of course I couldn't help wondering if anyone had actually considered formulating a Strechy-Girl Wrestling Federation (for charity, of course!) to see how everyone would matchup in the ring?
