Cutlass -Blue

Okay, so this is a very old request by who made a request for his character Cutlass months ago. I'm just getting to this now. I am teh suck. Sorry, blade!

Cutlass is a water elemental of sorts, although that's not the precise definition, per her bio. She wields dual weapons of her namesake. Her profile can be found here: [link]

Now, I'm posting 2 different versions of this image: one blue-skinned and one skin-colored. Cutlass actually has blue skin, but I was curious to see a normal skin-toned girl, and since photoshop is a wonderful thing I made both.

So of course now I'm thinking of Street Fighter variants and wondering how cool it would be for these 2 versions to face off: "Typhoon Thunder Blast!!" "Storm Wave Slice!!"
